24 Hours for The Lord:  In 2014 Pope Francis launched a prayer initiative called ’24 Hours for the Lord’ to encourage people to return to the Sacrament of Reconciliation.  St. Michael’s Church, Portarlington is our local venue hosting “24 Hrs For The Lord”.  We will begin with Mass and a Penitential Service at 7.00pm on Friday.  Other elements include The Stations of the Cross, Divine Mercy and Adoration spread out over the 24 hours. All are welcome.  Those wishing to volunteer for one (or two) hours of Adoration time should contact Portarlington Parish Office  –  057/8643004.
